Only a small fraction of Africans have any form of health insurance, and most people pay for care out of pocket, every single time they need it. We're building the layer that makes good care reachable anyway — a daily AI companion, real doctors, walk-in locations, and the pharmacy, lab and insurance pieces that connect them. It's healthcare, so it has to be done carefully. It's Africa, so it has to be done for real constraints, not borrowed assumptions.
