Welcome to AirTook™, operated by AirTook Emporium Ltd. (“AirTook,” “we,” “our,” “us”).

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our websites, mobile applications, telehealth platform, nutraceutical/products marketplace, digital health courses, CarePoints clinics, telemedicine services, and related offerings (collectively, the “Services”).

By using AirTook, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

1. About AirTook

AirTook provides digital health and wellness solutions — including telemedicine consultations, nutraceutical products, and wellness memberships — aimed at connecting users (“you,” “patients,” or “members”) with verified healthcare professionals and trusted health products.

AirTook does not replace an emergency medical service.

If you are experiencing a medical emergency, please contact your local emergency number immediately.

2. Eligibility

To use AirTook:

  • You must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent.
  • You agree that all information provided during registration is accurate and up to date.
  • You must not use AirTook for unlawful or unauthorized purposes.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Account Registration

When creating an AirTook account, you agree to:

  • Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • Be responsible for all activities under your account.
  • Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

AirTook is not responsible for loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your credentials.

4. Telemedicine Consultations

  • AirTook connects users with licensed healthcare professionals (“Providers”) for remote consultations.
  • Providers are independent practitioners, not employees of AirTook.
  • AirTook does not practice medicine or provide medical diagnoses directly.
  • Any advice, diagnosis, or prescription you receive through AirTook is the sole responsibility of the Provider.
  • Always follow up with your local doctor or pharmacist as needed.

5. AirTook CarePoints (Mobile Clinics)

AirTook CarePoints are strategically located mobile clinics offering convenient, in-person healthcare services.

They extend the reach of our telemedicine ecosystem by providing hybrid access — both virtual and physical.

AirTook CarePoints are designed to complement, not replace, traditional hospital or emergency room services.

While our CarePoints are staffed by licensed healthcare professionals and trained personnel, they are intended for non-critical, primary, and preventive care only.

AirTook Emporium Ltd. does not operate as a hospital, urgent care center, or emergency department.

In case of a life-threatening condition or medical emergency, users should immediately contact local emergency services or visit the nearest hospital.

All prescriptions, treatments, and consultations provided through CarePoints are issued at the discretion of the attending healthcare provider.

AirTook assumes no liability for individual medical outcomes, reactions to medications, or user non-compliance with medical advice.

Availability of services, medications, and personnel may vary by location.

Use of CarePoints constitutes acceptance of these terms and acknowledgment that AirTook functions as a facilitator of access to care, not as a direct healthcare provider.

6. Nutraceutical Products and Recommendations

AirTook may recommend or sell nutraceutical, dietary, and wellness products.

  • These products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
  • Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before using any supplement.
  • AirTook is not liable for any reaction or outcome arising from misuse, allergy, or incompatibility.

7. Digital Health and Wellness Courses

AirTook provides online courses and digital programs for health education and lifestyle improvement.

  • These courses are educational only, not diagnostic or therapeutic.
  • Content is owned and copyrighted by AirTook and/or approved creator in niche of expertise.
  • Users may not reproduce or share materials without authorization.
  • Certificates of completion (where applicable) are for learning acknowledgment, not medical qualification.

8. Payment and Subscriptions

  • Some AirTook Services (such as AirPremier, AirPremium, AirPlatinum, and AirPinnacle) require paid subscriptions or one-time fees.
  • Payments are processed securely via trusted third-party gateways.
  • All payments are final unless otherwise stated in a specific refund policy.
  • Failure to complete payment may suspend access to premium features.

9. Communications

By using AirTook, you consent to receive:

  • Service notifications, account updates, and health alerts (via email or SMS).
  • Marketing messages (you can opt out anytime).

We’ll never spam you or sell your contact details.

10. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Use AirTook only for lawful and personal health purposes.
  • Not impersonate others or submit false information.
  • Not interfere with, copy, reverse-engineer, or disrupt our systems.
  • Respect the confidentiality of doctors, support staff, and other users.

Violation of these rules may lead to account suspension or legal action.

11. Data Privacy

You agree that your use of AirTook is at your own risk.

15. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

  • You breach these Terms,
  • Engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior, or
  • Use AirTook in a manner that could harm others or the platform.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts within Nigeria.

17. Modifications to Terms

Updates will take effect immediately upon posting, with the “Last Updated” date revised accordingly.

Continued use of AirTook after updates means you accept the new Terms.
