Introduction

AirTook Health Technology Ltd

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and AirTook Health Technology Ltd ("AirTook", "we", "us"), a company registered in Nigeria. By creating an account or using the AirTook platform you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

If you do not agree, do not use AirTook.

No Medical Advice from AirTook

AirTook is a platform that connects patients with licensed healthcare practitioners. AirTook itself does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

The AI assistant ("Aira") is for informational and triage guidance purposes only. Aira's responses do not constitute medical advice and must not be relied upon as a substitute for professional medical consultation.

In a medical emergency, call 112 (Nigeria Emergency) or go to your nearest emergency room immediately. Do not rely on AirTook for emergency care.

Practitioner Responsibility

Doctors on AirTook are independent healthcare practitioners who hold their own licences issued by the Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria (MDCN). AirTook facilitates the connection but is not responsible for the clinical decisions or advice given by practitioners during consultations.

Intellectual Property

Platform Ownership

All software, design, trademarks, and content created by AirTook are the exclusive property of AirTook Health Technology Ltd. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

Health data and records you submit remain yours. You grant AirTook a limited licence to store and process that data solely to provide the services described in these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Limitation of Liability

Liability Cap

To the fullest extent permitted by Nigerian law, AirTook's total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total fees you paid to AirTook in the 3 months preceding the claim.

AirTook is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption.

Termination

Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time via the Privacy section of your profile in the AirTook app. Your health records will be retained for the minimum period required by the Nigerian Health Records Officers Act and NDPA 2023, after which they will be securely deleted.

AirTook may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the safety of users or the platform.

Governing Law & Disputes

Nigerian Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nigeria.

Before initiating legal proceedings, you agree to contact us at legal@airtook.com to attempt resolution in good faith.

Changes to These Terms

Updates

AirTook may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by email and in-app notice at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
