Role Overview

We are onboarding licensed Nigerian doctors to provide paid remote consultations via phone or video.

This role is ideal for doctors seeking to:

• Supplement hospital or private practice income
• Work flexible hours
• Eliminate clinic overhead and patient sourcing stress

Compensation Structure (Transparent)

• Patient fee: ₦2,500 per 15-minute consultation
• Doctor payout: ₦2,000 per consultation
• Platform fee: 20%

🔹 The platform fee covers patient sourcing, telemedicine infrastructure, admin support, scheduling, and payment processing.

Earnings Potential

• 8–10 patients/day
• ₦16,000–₦20,000 daily
• ₦350,000–₦450,000 monthly
• ⏱️ About 2–3 hours/day

Effective hourly rate: ~₦8,000/hour (remote)

Specialist & Premium Consultations (Doctor Payouts)

• Specialists (20 mins): ₦3,200
• Pediatrics (20 mins): ₦2,800
• Mental Health (30 mins): ₦4,000
• Evening, weekend & emergency premiums apply

Your Responsibilities

• Conduct professional medical consultations remotely
• Maintain accurate consultation notes
• Prescribe within MDCN guidelines
• Uphold patient confidentiality and care standards

Requirements

• MBBS / MBChB
• Valid MDCN license
• NYSC completed
• Reliable internet and smartphone
• Good communication skills
• Comfortable with phone/video consultations
